Just a short note - I started taking your survey about online research databases, but quit when I realized I had to rate the "freshness" etc of all the services I use, and explain how google scholar had "disappointed" me with its lack of relation to "official judgments on performance", when it is in fact just completely unrelated to official ratings. I prefer not to answer any survey where I am forced to fabricate arbitrary answers to meaningless questions, since I feel your client(s) would be ill-served by potentially misleading data anyway.
